Formmation was designed to allow PDF forms to be populated with data, in real-time, from Allscripts Touchworks EHR. Every practice, large and small, must deal with paper forms that cannot be recreated in their EHR. School health forms, government forms, or any other form that your practice wants to use internally or for your patients. FormMation works by identifying data required from the EHR (Notes, Results, Demographics, etc.) and mapping that data to a field in a PDF.
Integration with Allscripts Touchworks EHR is simple with a link directly to the FormMation tool on the Clinical Desktop.
The interface can be set either to pull a single form directly, or calling an intermediary page in which the user selects the form they wish to print. Any form that requires input of information already in the EHR can be setup to utilize Formmation to save providers valuable time and reduce redundancy in the workflow.
