MBA HealthGroup Receives 2012 Inc. Hire Power Award

(South Burlington, VT.)  December  5, 2012 – MBA HealthGroup announces it has ranked 3^rd on the top 10 state inaugural ranking of Inc.’s Hire Power Awards, recognizing the private businesses that have generated the most jobs in the past three years. The Inc. Hire Power Awards celebrate private companies on the forefront of American job creation.

MBA HealthGroup, a 22 year established family owned private company providing, health information technology consulting, practice management consulting, and revenue cycle management services to physicians, hospitals, and health systems across the nation. Over the past three years, the company has seen a 109% growth, creating 32 jobs for Vermonters. In 2013, MBA plans to offer new services lines and continue to add full-time employees to support future growth.

Prior to receiving the Inc. Hire Power Award this year, MBA HealthGroup earned a spot on the 2012 magazine’s 500|5000 list of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies earlier this year.

“The top 100 companies on the list have created 73,032 American jobs in the three-year period from 2008 to 2011 – an amazing feat, given that much of that job growth came during the heart of the recession,” explains Inc. editor-in-chief Eric Schurenberg. “And it isn’t just the big guys that are adding jobs.
